Oscar Richard Hundley (1855-1921) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama.
He received a recess appointment from President Theodore Roosevelt on April 9, 1907 to fill a new seat created by 34 Stat. 931. He was nominated on December 3, 1907, but this nomination was not approved by the Senate, so his service ended on May 30, 1908.
Hundley received another recess appointment from President Theodore Roosevelt on May 30, 1908. He was nominated on December 8, 1908, but since the Senate again refused to confirm the nomination, his service was ended on March 3, 1909.
He received a third recess appointment on March 6, 1909, this time from President William Howard Taft. He resigned soon after this, on May 25, 1909.
