Thomas Goode Jones (1844-1914) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Northern and Middle Districts of Alabama.

He was nominated by President Theodore Roosevelt on October 7, 1901 to a seat vacated by John Bruce. On December 5th of the same year, he was nominated. He was confirmed by the Senate on December 17, 1901 and received commission that same day. He served until his death on April 28, 1914. Jones was succeeded in this position by Henry De Lamar Clayton.
