The background is cool dark gray, in contrast to the title, which is of a warm dark grey color. The title also happens to feature a pair of white wings. The author's name is written in white.
The cover's mid-section is split into four smaller sections, each featuring one of Enel's Priests: Shura, Satori, Gedatsu and Ohm. In the foreground, Monkey D. Luffy is winking at the reader and donning a pair of wings similar to the ones Skypieans have.
248. Former God vs. Priest (元神様vs神官,Moto Kami-sama Bāsasu Shinkan?): Gan Fall discusses the pirates with Conis and Pagaya. Chopper tries to stop Shura from destroying the Going Merry, and is saved by Gan Fall.
250. Ball Dragon (玉ドラゴン,Dama Doragon?): Gan Fall falls into the White Sea and Chopper jumps after him to save him. Pierre is also knocked into the sea by Fuza. Luffy and Sanji defeat Satori.
251. Overture (序曲,Ōbāchua?): Aisa tells Wyper two "voices" disappeared. Nami leads Zoro and Robin to the suspicious half of a house, and the Shandians begin their attack on Upper Yard. The Straw Hats in the forest realize that Upper Yard was originally part of Jaya.
252. JUNCTION (JUNCTION,Jankushon?): The Shandians clash with the Priests and the Straw Hats reunite at the Sacrificial Altar. They set up a camp, and Luffy decides they are going to find the City of Gold.
253. Vearth (ヴァース,Vāsu?): The Shandians advance into Upper Yard, but are slowed by Kamakiri's injury. The Straw Hats make a battle plan.
254. Aubade (夜明曲,Ōbādo?): Usopp sees somebody repairing the ship. The Priests meet with Enel, and he starts a survival game with everybody on the island. At dawn, the Straw Hats divide into two groups; Luffy's group heads for the gold, while Nami's group brings the Going Merry to pick them up.
