Biography[]

Furiko was born in Wano Country, but illegally departed from there 55 years ago with her clansman Shimotsuki Kouzaburou, Minatomo, and 22 other people. Three years later, they settled down in what became Shimotsuki Village in the East Blue, where Furiko married a local swordsman named Roronoa Pinzoro. At some point, the couple had a son named Roronoa Arashi.[1]

Trivia[]

  • Furiko can refer to a person who rolls dice in Japanese. This follows the gambling-themed names of Zoro's relatives.
