Author's Note

Author's Notes There are insects called "spiky-spikies". People discovered spiky-spikies without spikes, so they named them "spikeless spiky-spikies". Within that group, ones that do have spikes appeared, so they were named "spiked spikeless spiky-spikies". I thought that among them there might be some that are timid. And furthermore, I wondered if among those there were some that have flaws. "Flawed timid spiked spikeless spiky-spikies". "Wano Country Climactic Awesome Volume 98" STARTING—!!!

• 985. New Onigashima Project (新鬼ヶ島計画, Shin Onigashima Keikaku^?): The Scabbards confront Kanjuro, while Kaidou beheads Orochi as he plots for him and Big Mom to take over Wano and the world.
• 986. My Name (拙者の名前, Sessha no Namae^?): Facing execution, Momonosuke musters the courage to proclaim he is Oden's son. Following their victory over Kanjuro, the Scabbards then successfully ambush Kaidou.
• 987. The Brocade of Loyal Retainers (忠臣錦, Chūshin-nishiki^?): The Scabbards successfully pierce Kaidou's skin by using the same level of Ryuo as Oden. Upon getting back up, Kaidou takes the fight to the Skull Dome roof.
• 988. Sorry for the Wait (待たせたな, Matasetana^?): The Mink Tribe joins the Scabbards on the roof and activates their Sulong forms against Kaidou and Jack's forces. Inside, Sanji rescues Momonosuke and clashes with King, while the other Straw Hats take on an attacking Big Mom.
• 989. I Can't Imagine Losing (負ける気がしねえ, Makeru Ki ga Shinē^?): After dealing with Big Mom, the Straw Hats all band together against King, Queen, and the Numbers to get Luffy to the Dome Roof.
• 990. Army of One (孤軍, Kogun^?): Queen and Who's Who expose X Drake as an undercover agent, forcing him to join the Straw Hats' alliance and fight alongside them.
• 991. Let Us Die!!! (死なせてくれ!!!, Shinasetekure!!!^?): Kaidou steps up to fight the Scabbards after Inuarashi and Nekomamushi defeat Jack.
• 992. Remnants (残党, Zantō^?): The Scabbards barrage Kaidou with a variety of techniques, which to his shock are able to successfully hurt him.
• 993. The Dream of Wano Country (ワノ国の夢, Wano Kuni no Yume^?): As Luffy heads toward the roof, Queen attacks the samurai alliance with a new virus.
• 994. My Other Name is Yamato (またの名はヤマト, Mata no Na wa Yamato^?): Queen gives the Ice Oni virus antidote to Apoo, causing Zoro and Drake to team up and pursue him. Meanwhile, Yamato protects Momonosuke and Shinobu after getting the chance to talk to them.
