197. The Leaders (統率者達,Tōsotsushatachi?): Koza finds out the truth about Arabasta and attempts to have the rebel army surrender, when he is suddenly shot.
198. 4:15 PM (午後四時十五分,Gogo Yo-ji Jūgo-fun?): A Baroque Works agent disguised as a Royal Guard shoots Koza, causing the fighting to begin again. Vivi is attacked by Crocodile, when Luffy rides Pell to the rescue.
199. HOPE!! (HOPE!!,Hōpu?): Luffy and Pell rescue Vivi, and Luffy confronts Crocodile again, carrying a barrel of water.
200. Water Luffy (水ルフィ,Mizu Rufi?): Vivi and the Straw Hats go to look for the bomb, while Luffy manages to touch Crocodile by covering himself in water.

204. RED (RED,Reddo?): Luffy confronts Crocodile again, and Crocodile brings out his poisonous hook. Vivi and the other Straw Hats receive help from the Marines.
205. The Suna Suna Clan's Secret Base (砂砂団秘密基地,Suna-Suna-Dan Himitsu Kichi?): Vivi and the Straw Hats climb up the clock tower to get to the bomb, when they are confronted by two Baroque Works agents.
