Festa Circle, also known as the Island of Dancing People (民の舞う島, Min no Mau Shima^?) and the Island of Festivals (祭りの島, Matsuri no Shima^?), is a World Government-affiliated island in Paradise. It appears in Legend of the Rainbow Island.

On the Log Pose, it is preceded by Great Ground.

Geography

Festa Circle is a small, circular island. It contains a forest to the north, a single-peak mountain to its east, a large festival plaza to its west, and a small village to its east.

Festa Circle Port

Festa Circle Port (フェスタサークル港, Fesuta Sākuru Minato^?) is the island's main port, located on its west side.

Pepe Village

Pepe Village (ぺぺ村, Pepe-mura^?) is a village on Festa Circle. It is where Torta and his father live.

Mounta Panakea

Mount Panakea (パナケア山, Panakea-yama^?) is the island's central mountain.

Corno Forest

Corno Forest (コルノの森, Koruno no Mori^?) is the island's northern forest. The forest contains a very large tree, which is green all year round and surrounded by a field of flowers.

Festa Castle

Festa Castle (フェスタ城, Fesuta-jō^?) is the island's castle. It is the site of the Miss Festa Contest and cooking contest.

King's Garden

The king of Festa Circle owns a large garden, that is apparently full of all kinds of plants. It includes at least Doriano.

Wildlife

Festa Circle is famous for giant lobsters that live on Panakea Mountain.

Culture

Festa Circle is a very joyous island, with a festival going every day.

Miss Festa Contest

The Miss Festa Contest (ミス・フェスタコンテスト, Misu Fesuta Kontesuto^?) is the main event of Festa Circle's festival. It consists of a beauty pageant.

History

Legend of the Rainbow Island

As the location of Doriano, Festa Circle was targeted by the Drayke Pirates; unbeknownst to the island's residents, Pesca and Dolce traveled to the island to integrate themselves into the island's people. Pesca injured the head chef at the king's castle, taking his place, and Dolce began building a reputation as an idol.

When the next Miss Festa Contest and king's cooking contest were held, they attempted to rig both events in their favor, setting traps for the other pageant contestants and providing inedible ingredients to the other chefs. However, they were foiled by the Straw Hat Pirates and Dias, who revealed their true identities to the island's citizens.

Trivia

• Festa Circle's festival area is reused later in the game to make Rainbow Castle's square.
• Festa Circle is the only island on Legend of the Rainbow Island's map screen to not be depicted with its correct shape, resembling meat on a bone instead of a circle.
