The only known citizen of the Satsuruzo Kingdom was Koby, prior to his kidnapping by the Alvida Pirates.

Two years before the start of the story, Koby set out to go fishing from the Satsuruzo Kingdom. However, he accidentally boarded the Miss Love Duck, and was forced to work as the Alvida Pirates' cabin boy.[2]
Trivia[]
- The name of the kingdom, "Satsuruzo", sounds very similar to the phrase "let's go fishing" (さあ、釣るぞ, sā, tsuru zo?), referencing how Koby was kidnapped.
