So… this is a different paint drying post… yeah so I normally don’t even make call out posts normally because… I don’t want too but for the past six months I’ve dealt with a user names Kyler Crews on Letterboxd… who is he? Well essentially he’s a decent sized Letterboxd user with over 2.2K followers and loves Fantastic Mr Fox. If you know who exactly that is then continue scrolling down but if you don’t then type “Kyler crews” in the members section looking for a Fantastic Mr Fox pfp… and if you did all that then you’re set.
So what has happened in the past six months with me and Kyler.. let me tell you he has been stalking me after I blocked him since February, he has threaten to hurt me and my boyfriend if I don’t unblock them, and in general is a huge hypocrite and bully. I will explain in detail what he has done specifically so you get the idea
So I met Kyler probably around late December/early January and he liked multiple of my reviews. Back then I used to follow people if they liked many of my reviews or replied to me a lot (I don’t anymore i only follow people now if they’re close mutuals or such) and at first he seemed like a cool person. He was fine, he didn’t reply like a maniac and not really a lot of wars started. I did pass off the comment sections like my Trolls World Tour as longer than it should considering it managed to get 90 comments in 20 minutes but it was all fun and games. Then it kept happening especially around February when comment sections would go over 100 comments most of which were due to Kyler… I was getting annoyed especially since some were due to Kyler not understanding jokes and even after telling him numerous times they’re jokes he still doesn’t listen. Eventually around mid-February I decided to do since I was frustrated and block him… he would then go to one of my friends comment sections (the link to it is right here) to then ask him to unblock him… however all the comments he had are now deleted but by taking a look you can get a hint at what happened. After that I thought I was done with him for good and that this could all be forgotten… oh boy I was dead wrong.
So you remember how I mentioned about stalking… yeah for some reason despite following 5.5K people he always and always replies to me and also finds me every single time. But also let’s talk about post block. I’ve decided to test a couple times if he was still stalking me by unblocking him and then seeing what would happen and load and behold every single time usually one hour later he follows me again and then likes every review of mine. It’s kinda creepy knowing he’s probably just spying on me for all these instances waiting for me to unblock.
Also here’s another thing he also keep begging people to tell me to unblock him. He does this constantly to any mutual or friend of mine. If you want to get some additional information or photos ask my friend JLL (follow him too he’s really cool) and maybe go to his Twitter or discord to get the photos.
Kyler Crews also uh… has said some weird and crazy things like one time under a 2023 ranking talking to others he said he would hurt me if I didn’t unblock him and then later said he would hurt my boyfriend too. There’s also moments like in his Hotel Transylvania 2 review where he said he would throw anybody who blocked him off a high tower. Moments like these make me question if he’s really younger than what he says (16 years old). Despite being 16 he acts selfish, whiny, and sometimes violent over someone blocking them and even giving them reasons.
I know it may be unusual to post three paint drying reviews consecutively but this is one I wanted to post for a while and after thinking about it this needs to be called out. If you read all this then I wanna say this… spread the message.. spread the message about who Kyler actually is… because it’s insane how he has somehow gotten away with it despite still doing it still gaining followers. And Kyler if you are reading this please improve. You’re only 16 years old not even done with high school and you got a future ahead of you.
