And here is the last of my [livejournal.com profile] hp_nextgen_fest submissions. Also het! What is up with that? Though there are definite slashy implications. Also, I think you'll note that all three of my submissions involved James Sirius Potter. Because I love him, and I think everybody else should, too.

Title: Right Here
Author: [livejournal.com profile] gracerene
Fandom: Harry Potter
Pairing: James/Victoire, past Teddy/Victoire, implications of James Sirius/Teddy
Rating: NC-17
Word Count: ~3,800
Content/Warnings: comfort sex, pining, cousincest, break-ups
Summary: If James couldn't be with Teddy, then maybe he could be him, just for a while.
Author's Note: Most of you are aware that James/Teddy is my next gen OTP. Which is why it was so weird when, one day while I was driving to work, this little plot bunny popped into my head. I'm still not 100% pleased with everything here, and I'm not sure I totally captured the nuanced feelings of James and Victoire as well as I wanted to, but I'm pretty pleased with it overall.

Many thanks to [livejournal.com profile] capitu, [livejournal.com profile] crazyparakiss, & [livejournal.com profile] fantasyfiend09 for looking this over and generally being helpful and awesome.
