The smut, ofc, was *seriously* hot, adn I loved the hopeful, but not overly neat, ending. :D

I loved Harry's POV here, and mystery behind what happened to Draco was super interesting! A great, nuanced Narcissa, and despite the fact that Draco doesn't have much dialogue in the fic, his presence throughout really comes through!

Harry's voice was wonderful and charming, and the slow burn as Harry and Draco get to know each other and move from animosity to friends to ~boyfriends~ was really wonderfully paced.

Hot and feelsy, with some great relationships and background characters, and a very satisfying ending. A joy to read from start to finish!

A really lovely build between Harry and Draco, and a dynamic that very much worked for me! The characterizations were lovely, as were all the background characters! The ending is quite sweet, as one would expect from a holiday fic!

If that means trudging through a boggy moor in search of a fictional species Luna thinks is causing their problems, Draco will just have to pluck up the courage, march in with a team of Gryffindors, and be ready to battle any beast they meet.

Even if that beast looks less like the large, bipedal talking toads they find and more like the Ministry of Magic as a whole. Really super interesting and unique fic, that takes so many beloved trops (unusual jobs! mystery! ensemble cast! slow burn! powerful recluse Harry!) and combines them in such an engaging way! The plot was really well done and kept me on the edge of my seat, and all of the characters and relationships were beautifully captured. I can be a bit squeamish about eye stuff but it's definitely not super graphic at all and it didn't freak me out--I'd definitely give this a go even if that's something you're worried about.
