Maddy began the game closely aligned with Dallas Cormier, as they both had mutual targets in the Third Wheel alliance. However, Maddy and Dallas began to become targets due to them being portrayed as the opposing side to the Third Wheel alliance. Maddy began to grow close to Ramsey Aburaneh during this time and they became a showmance. Maddy’s game began to crumble after she won Head of Household during the Double Eviction. Maddy began a plan to backdoor Loveita, despite being loosely aligned with her. Despite Dallas campaigning to Maddy to keep Loveita, Maddy decided to follow through with her plan and succesfully backdoored Loveita. This move ultimately broke trust between Dallas and Maddy and destroyed their game relationship with each other. Maddy’s game continued to worsen after Tim Dormer won Head of Household and she was left nominated as the target alongside Dallas. Despite being the target, Maddy was able to gather the votes needed to save herself as she set her targets on Cassandra Shahinfar. Despite Kelsey re-entering the house, Maddy and Ramsey were able to make a deal with Jared and Kelsey to keep themselves safe that week. However, trust between them broke after Mitchell Moffit exposed Jared and Kelsey’s multiple deal makings. After Maddy won Head of Household for the second time, she set her targets on Jared and Kelsey, nominating them alongside each other with Kelsey as the primary target. However, after Jared saved himself with the Power of Veto, Maddy named Raul Manriquez as the replacement nominee and despite campaigns from Maddy to evict Kelsey, her lower threat level and stronger social connections kept her in the house. After Nick & Phil Paquette won Head of Household, they targeted Maddy, as they had a weak relationship and her status as an unpredictable competition threat. This led to Maddy being nominated alongside Ramsey. Despite Ramsey winning the Power of Veto, Ramsey had to walk due to urgent family matters, leaving Maddy on her own. After Tim was nominated as a replacement nominee, she was able to convince Nick & Phil to target him, and she launched a campaign to gather the votes to save herself. Despite getting Jared on board to keep her, Kelsey and Joel Lefevre refused and Maddy was evicted by a vote of 5-0, placing 8th and becoming the 3rd member of the jury.
Maddy is known for infamously evicting Loveita during the Fake Double Eviction. This move has been considered by many fans and houseguests alike one of the worst moves in Big Brother history.

Maddy revealed in an interview that if the vote decision wasn't unanimous from the Fake Double Eviction, she would bring back Loveita.
