• Storage Task: On Day 1, all sixteen housemates were required to choose a team upon entering the house. Those who chose the Blue Team became housemates, while those that chose the Red Team became non-housemates. During the first two days of the game, the non-housemates competed in three separate challenges, attempting to steal the housemate status from their peers. If the non-housemates successfully won the challenge, they would earn the power to send two non-housemates out of storage. Finally, the non-housemates still in storage after the three challenges competed in a final competition for safety. The remaining non-housemates were nominated for eviction.
• Head of House: For the first time since Celebrity Big Brother 6 (UK), starting in Week 2, the housemates competed in the Head of House competition. One housemate was selected to be the Head of House, where they would have immunity from eviction, be able to influence nominations, and sleep in a special bed.
  • During Weeks 2, 3, 4 (2nd round), and 5, the HOH(s) had the choice to influence nominations by either saving and replacing a nominee or by giving one housemate of their choosing a Killer Nomination.
  • Double Trouble Week: During Week 3, everything was done in pairs. Two housemates were selected to be HOHs, and they also earned the power to choose which pairs the housemates would be divided into. The contestants also nominated in pairs, nominating one pair for eviction, as opposed to individuals.
  • Halloween Week: During Week 4 (1st round), the HOH had the sole power to determine the nominees for eviction.
• Face to Face Nominations: On Day 26, only the housemates that won the shopping task had the right to nominate. Additionally, they completed these nominations face to face, as opposed to in the diary room.
• Double Eviction: On Days 34 and 37, two housemates were evicted as opposed to the usual one.
• The Vault: On Day 36, one lucky housemate was randomly selected to send another three contestants to "The Vault." Out of these three contestants, the one that received the fewest votes to save by the public was evicted from the house. Also, the lucky housemate earned the power to give two £5,000 bundles to the two nominees that they believed were safe. If they correctly guessed the saved nominees, they were able to keep the money.
  • Later, on Day 38, four housemates were selected to enter the vault, with two of them receiving the fewest votes to save by the public and being evicted. The four contestants not in the vault were required to predict the two nominees that they believed would be evicted. If they selected the wrong housemate, £5,000 would be deducted from the final prize for each incorrect guess. However, if both guesses were correct, the cash prize would remain at £90,000.

1	4	On Day 4, the Big Brother house was transformed into the "Coconut Eye Land Resort," where housemates were divided into guests and staff members. In order to pass the task, staff members were required to serve the guests politely and professionally, and without eating the guests' food.
	4	On Day 4, Dean and Hanah were given a secret mission to give poor service to the guests, to the point were the guests give a complaint.
	5	On Day 5, fifteen statements were posted in the house connecting the contestants to each other. In order to pass the task, the housemates had to find how the statements were connected to each other within 90 minutes. If they did pass the task, they would release the reward hatchet, which was revealed to be a Chinese takeaway voucher for only five housemates.
2	9	On Day 9, the housemates were given a statement, and had to choose a housemate to which the statement related to most. In the diary room, Khaled and Segun had to predict what the majority of the other housemates chose. If they successfully did so the majority of the time, the house would receive hot water again.
	10-11	On Day 10, the housemates were divided into the government and citizens. The government was given a budget of £100,000,000 to allocate over a series of tasks, which the citizens had to complete. If the majority of the tasks were completed without going over the budget, the housemates would earn a luxury budget.
	12	On Day 12, the housemates wore different letters on themselves. Throughout the task, various questions appeared on the screen, which the housemates had to spell out. If they successfully answered a majority of the questions correctly within the allotted time, they would earn a house party.
3	17	On Day 17, the Big Brother house was transformed into the R.A.T. Lab, where the housemates were divided into scientists and test subjects. The scientists were required to perform experiments on the test subjects. In order to pass the shopping task, scientists had to correctly guess the outcome of the majority of the experiments that they performed.
	18	On Day 18, Sarah and Rosie were given a secret mission to convince half of the housemates that Nathan was secretly a multimillionaire that owned a superyacht. If they successfully did so without getting caught, the house would earn a reward.
4	21	On Day 21, random events occurred in the house. In order to pass the task, the housemates had to make sure that Segun remained oblivious to all of the events. If they passed the task, the housemates would receive Segun's favorite food, apple crumbles.
	22	On Day 22, the Big Brother phone rang sporadically. In order to pass the task, the housemates had to answer the phone each time it rang and had to complete the call.
	25-26	On Day 25, the housemates were divided into two teams, vampires and villagers. During the task, they had to collect blood. The team that collected the most blood would earn a luxury budget, while the losing team had to live on rations.
5	32	On Day 32, the housemates were divided into three teams, where they had to work together to steal money. One team, Ali, Hanah, and Nathan were assigned as saboteurs, and Lily and Marcello attempted to catch the saboteurs. In order to receive a luxury budget, the saboteurs had to successfully prevent the money from being stolen without being caught by Lily and Marcello.
	33	On Day 33, following repeated rule breaks by the contestants, the luxury budget of the house was withheld. The house was then turned into a boot camp, where housemates were forced to follow orders and live under strict discipline. In order to regain their luxury shopping budget, housemates had to follow the new rules enforced by drill sergeant, Marcello.
6	37	On Day 37, Marcello was given a secret mission to write pretend fan mail to the rest of his fellow housemates. In order to pass the task, the housemates must believe that the messages were from actual fans. If he can successfully do this, Big Brother would play Marcello's music throughout the entire house.

2	7	On Day 7, the housemates were required to dance on the dance floor while music was playing. When the music stopped, a circle appeared on the floor with only a limited number of housemates allowed to fit in. All housemates outside of the circle were eliminated from the competition. This process continued until two housemates were remaining. Afterwards, the remaining housemates voted for one of them to become the HOH.	Khaled
3	14	On Day 14, the photos of all fourteen housemates were displayed in the task room. One by one, the housemates not eliminated from the competition were assigned with removing a photo of another contestant they did not want to become the HOH. The final two housemates with their photos still displayed become the Co-Heads of House.	Ali & Dean
4	23	On Day 23, the Big Brother house was transformed into "Camp Big Brother." Throughout the day, the contestants competed in a series of challenges in order to determine the HOH, including reciting and reenacting tales, searching for amulets, talking crows, and lighting torches.	Emma
5	29	On Day 29, Emma and Rosie were assigned as judges, where they had to assign types of plants to two housemates each based on descriptions listed. The types of plants given were weeds, wallflowers, ivies, stinging nettles, and roses. Each of the housemates had to perform tasks based on the plants they were assigned. After the tasks, the judges had to choose which one of the type of plants would earn access to a garden tea party.	Ali & Marcello
	30	On Day 30, the three previous HOHs remaining in the house, Ali, Emma, and Khaled, were each required to choose one housemate each to be in the running for HOH. Then, one housemate out of the eligible three to become HOH was randomly selected to have that power for a week.	Marcello
6	35	On Day 35, the Big Brother phone rang sporadically. In order to receive rewards, the housemates had to answer the phone and stay on hold the entire time. Additionally, housemates were not allowed to pass the phone to their fellow contestants.	Nathan & Thomas
