1-2-Switch is a multiplayer party game for the Nintendo Switch that launched with the system on March 3, 2017. The game is played with each player using a separate Joy-Con, but it is not focused on the television screen. A sequel, Everybody 1-2-Switch!, was announced in 2023.
The game is playable with two players with the focus being on each other instead of the screen. There are 28 mini-games in which the players perform different tasks and compete against each other. Some may be a gunman showdown while others may be a dance-off where the players have to mimic each other.

The game received an update during the week of October 30, 2017. The 1.1 update mainly added the ability to record video added with the 4.0 update for the Nintendo Switch. Voice actress Grey DeLisle appears on the cover, albeit with her nose being doctored to look larger.

1-2 Switch upon its release receives "mixed or average reviews" and receives a metascore of 58/100 on Metacritic.
Sales[]
As of the end of December 2017, 1-2-Switch sold 1.88 million copies worldwide. As of the end of April 2018, 1-2-Switch sold 2.29 million copies worldwide. As of the end of June 2018, 1-2 Switch sold 2.45 million copies, which makes it the fifth most successful 1st party Nintendo Switch game. As of September 30, 2018, 1-2-Switch sold over 2.64 million copies, retaining its place as the fifth most successful Nintendo Switch game. As of December 2018, 1-2 Switch sold over 2.86 million copies, making it the eighth most successful Nintendo Switch game. As of March 2019 the game sold 2.97 million copies making it the ninth most successful Nintendo Switch game after New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe took the eighth place. The game reached 3.01 million units sold by the end of July 2019. In 2022, the sales of the game are now at 3.45 Million.
