Brain Age, also known as Dr. Kawashima's Brain Training, is a series of puzzle games by Nintendo that help players better use their brains. It is a part of the Touch Generations line of games.

Brain Age: Train Your Brain in Minutes a Day![]
This is the first entry and by far, the most successful. Selling over 19 million, it is one of the best selling original titles.
Brain Age 2: More Training in Minutes a Day[]
The follow-up to the original and it added more exercises as well as having the old ones. It sold less than the original at 14.88 million.
Brain Age: Concentration Training[]
This is the 3rd actual entry and the first on the 3DS. This entry focuses more on getting the brain to improve its concentration, but incorporates older games' tests as well.
Brain Age: Express[]
There are 3 Brain Age Express titles. They each offer a small portion of what the full titles do focusing on a certain topic. Brain Age Express: Arts & Letters and Brain Age Express: Math are 800 DSi points while Brain Age Express: Sudoku, which is completely Sudoku puzzles, is 500 points.
Dr. Kawashima's Brain Training[]
On September 30th, 2019, Nintendo of Japan uploaded a new video for Dr. Kawashima's Brain Training. On October 11, 2019, a trailer was released that announced the game would be released in Europe. Dr. Kawashima's Brain Training is set to release on December 27, 2019 in Japan and January 3, 2020 in Europe. Currently, a North American release has not been announced.
Super Smash Bros. series[]
Super Smash Bros. Brawl[]
In Super Smash Bros. Brawl, the song Brain Age: Train Your Brain in Minutes a Day appears on the stage PictoChat.
Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS/Wii U[]
In Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS/Wii U, that song returns as well as the Menu theme from Brain Age 2. Dr. Kawashima appears as an assist trophy.
Super Smash Bros. Ultimate[]
Dr. Kawashima returns as an Assist Trophy along with some music tracks. He also appears as a Spirit.
Nintendo Direct[]
A couple Nintendo Directs were done in a style where Iwata was represented in a style like Dr. Kawashima in the Brain Age games.
