In the year of 2058, Maria Ana a aging woman that lives alone goes to Memory Corp to bring up memories from her past with her dead husband Alesandro, until one day her memories are lost due to a malfunction in the system which alters Maria's present life.

This film focuses on losing a loved one and not wanting to lose the memories of them as we age.
Although this film is unrealistic, I found it to be interesting and thought provoking.

This one is unsettling from the start along with disgusting and humorous all at once.

A woman kidnaps a serial killer that killed her entire family to take out bloody revenge on.

A short straight forward horror/thriller with a small decent cast that is driven by a whole lot of confortation and a few strikes here and there until the last 15 minutes when it starts to finally lets go.
Sometimes the confortations were heated which kept it interesting but other times felt like repeats.
Ok for a short one time watch.

A mute cult is hunting down a woman prisoner named Azrael who has escaped that is suppose to be a sacrifice to the evil creatures in the forest.

Samara Weaving plays Azrael in this fast paced Action Horror.
Very energetic from start to finish keeping the viewer having to keep up with the characters and barely time to stop for a breath.
There is a non-existent dialogue, dark and eerie atmosphere, and Samara Weaving's character kicking @$$ of every predator that comes across her in savagely violent ways.
Only thing missing is Samara's iconic scream but doesn't take nothing from her outstanding performance.

Husband's Pick

We had Snakes on a Plane and now Sharks on a Plane.

This might be a unpopular opinion but here goes...
This film is not so much different in my opinion of so many other popular plane crash and shark movies.
Yes, this movie is quite irrational and unrealistic at times like when the plane starts coming apart but still worked being it was quite suspenseful and scary, and some performances were not up to par but some were pretty good especially from the big actors like "Colm Meany and Phyllis Logan", also some characters were unlikable but the sharks took care of them😁, and yes, the sharks weren't seen much but got more screen time than a lot of the bigger budget shark films and the aftermath of some the shark attacks looked quite convincing.
My biggest complaint is the biggest star "Colm Meaney" being taken out too early.
With all that being said, This movie isn't great but I feel it was worth the watch.

Soldiers are sent out to a Colombian base that they lost all communication with.

Squad(El Páramo) is a Colombian Horror Thriller that needs patience to fully appreciate.
The film is riddled with tension, suspicion, anxiety, and paranoia between the characters and with that the exceptional, acted performances, dark atmosphere and creepy score takes it up a notch.
I found myself engrossed the whole entirety of the film.

Two young sisters missing and found dead in the Marshland of South Spain and 2 Detectives are hot on the case.

Javier Gutiérrez raw performance kept this Spanish crime mystery thriller riveting and above ground.

As two families celebrate Thanksgiving together both of their 2 young daughters come up missing which ends up with a highly stressed but determined Detective and a distraught father that decides to takes matters into his own hands.

Hugh Jackman and Jake Gyllenhaal takes the viewer on a suspensful, tense, violent, shocking even disturbing thrill ride that leaves the viewer emotional.

A American remake that almost made the mark of being as good as the original with the climbing tension and the performances especially by James McAvoy who almost carried the entirety of the film, but the 3rd act took it down a notch by not putting enough effort into the last scenes to keep the tension high and failed to shock and unsettle the viewer at the end as the original had done but definitely a worthy watch.
