"Two Can't Play" is the ninety-third episode of Mickey Mouse. It premiered on June 7, 2019.
Plot[]
Summary[]
Mickey and Minnie attempt to beat Donald and Daisy in a game of doubles tennis.
Synopsis[]
Mickey and Minnie come out of a locker room, ready to win a match of tennis. But Donald and Daisy end up beating them. The first set begins with he throws a tennis ball during a serve, she throws it again, and they beat Mickey and Minnie. As the ducks revel in their victory, Mickey slams his head against a vending machine, causing something to drop down. Minnie picks it up, and it turns out to be a Win-Win Training Wristband, which improves tennis skills. She believes that they can use them to beat Daisy and Donald. The wristbands boost their tennis playing, switch to full power, and the mice beat the ducks. However, the wristbands break when Minnie and Mickey slap a high-five each other. Donald and Daisy find out, calling them dirty little cheaters and they decree the matches they faced don't count. They believe they've won again officially, but when they douse themselves with orange soda, their tennis outfits are revealed to be techno-enhanced, exposing themselves as the actually dirty little cheaters. With both him and Minnie outraged by the cheating they've been trying to hide, Mickey declares to play one more point, this time officially fair and square without cheating, and making it winner takes all. The last game begins as Mickey serves, and after a rather slap-happy match that wasn't as intense or challenging like as the other matches, which leaves everyone tangled in the net, the ball finally lands on the duck couples' side of the court, making the mice the officially winners. The duck couple admit defeat but turn away from the mice in frustration and shame, believe Minnie and Mickey have earned their winning. Mickey, however, says that having fun playing the game is what really matters even if they win or lose, making the ducks regain their spirit and good sportsmanship. Everyone starts playing another set as they laugh happily.

Trivia[]
- This episode features Daisy's antagonistic side.
- This is the very first time Daisy was shown with her shirt off on-screen.
- On the the first round, Daisy and Donald are shown cheating (revealed near the end of the episode) which means all those 3 scores that Daisy and Donald made do not count, which means Mickey and Minnie could've won.
- There are hints that Donald and Daisy are cheating to begin with.
- The very smug look they have when they first appear hints that the duo are using something that boosts their confidence.
- Both Mickey and Minnie found the Win-Win Training Wristbands through a commercial vending machine. Considering how quickly available it is in the tennis area rather than being some sort of secret, both Donald and Daisy are implied to have bought their power outfits from the same vending machine or a nearby store.
- Paying attention of both scoring montages, they both involve the losing duo being brutally humiliated in over-the-top ways. Considering Mickey and Minnie used wristbands to do so, it's safe to assume Donald and Daisy used some enhancement devices as well.
- Donald and Daisy immediately pick up that Mickey and Minnie are using wristbands to cheat from the moment it breaks rather than questioning its properties, implying they know more about such devices than they look.
Goofs[]
- In the final match Donald and Daisy's clothes are back to normal despite they have been electrocuted.
