"Clogged" is the thirty-first episode of Mickey Mouse.
Synopsis[]
Minnie attempts to make a windmill work in order to save a flower in her garden.
Plot[]
The episode is set in the Netherlands and begins with Minnie riding her bicycle to her tulip field. Minnie arrives there and discovers a withering tulip asking for water. It points to the windmill, which isn't turning because there's no wind to help pump the water. She attempts to turn the windmill using a variety of tactics (blowing on it, turning on an electric fan, playing music, and manually turning the windmill blades), but none of them succeed. Still looking for a means to make her windmill turn, Minnie observes several cyclists and gets the idea to pedal to turn the windmill and pump water for the tulip.
Minnie connects her bicycle to the shaft and begins to pedal, but her clogs are too small and her legs are too feeble to move the shaft. She puts on a larger pair of clogs and pedals again, but only at a fast enough pace to pump a drop of water, causing the withering tulip to plead for more. She then puts on the largest clogs and pedals again. This time, her plan works because the windmill begins pumping water steadily, rehydrating the tulip. However, Minnie continues to pedal, causing the windmill to spin faster and pump more water. Minnie attempts to stop the bike but is unable to do so since it is moving too quickly.
Eventually, the pedaling accelerates as the windmill generates a gust of wind, blowing everything in its path. She frees herself, but the big clogs keep on pedaling the bicycle. She removes the giant clogs from the bicycle with her broom, but this only causes the shaft and upper half of the windmill to fall apart, resulting in Minnie landing safely in some bushes and the windmill blades falling off and rolling away, destroying a building and splitting a cloud in half before sailing out of sight.
Minnie, distraught by her damaged windmill, turns to see a large tulip (the same one that begged for water earlier). This gives her the idea to use the huge tulip as an improvised windmill. The episode concludes with Minnie tending to her tulips and singing, with some of the flowers joining her.

- The song that Minnie sung in the episode is titled "Tulpen uit Amsterdam" ("Tulips from Amsterdam").
- This is the last short to be aired in 2014.
- This is the second Minnie Mouse-themed episode (the first was "Eau de Minnie"), with the title card saying "Minnie Mouse" instead of the usual "Mickey Mouse".
- This is the only episode to have one voice actress.
- This is the first episode where Mickey doesn't appear at all, the only other one being "No Reservations". This is also the only episode not to feature Mickey's voice actor, Chris Diamantopoulos.
- One of Minnie's attempts to blow the windmill resembles "The Band Concert".
