"Sleepwalkin’" is the fourteenth episode of Mickey Mouse. It originally aired on Disney Channel on December 6, 2013. In this episode, Mickey decides to watch over Goofy due to his sleepwalking problems, but things take a turn when Goofy sleepwalks into the city, forcing Mickey to chase him to get him back.
Plot[]
Due to Goofy’s sleepwalking problem, Mickey offers to spend the night at his home to keep an eye on him. After sleeping for a few hours, Goofy sleepwalks right into his closet, changes into his tracksuit and barrels through walls into the city. Mickey, shocked by this, follows Goofy to get him back home.
Goofy uses skyscrapers, drain pipes, the sewer system and the moon as his own personal Olympic level training facility. He runs, pole vaults, does gymnastics, swims, and dives. Mickey tries to wrangle in Goofy while moving various elements of the city to protect him, but fails until he realizes that it's like an event and Goofy won’t stop until he finishes. Mickey sets up a finish line in Goofy’s bedroom where, once he crosses it, he flops down into his bed safe and sound.
Mickey is relieved that Goofy is back home and tries to sleep again, but the alarm clock rings, awakening Goofy, who feels so good that he declares he could run a marathon. Mickey, bleary and red-eyed from his lack of sleep, is so cranky with Goofy that he runs right through Goofy’s wall and out into the city to get away.

Trivia[]
- This is the last short to be aired in 2013.
- When the ship Mickey is piloting hits the truck, the company name on the side is "Burg's Ice", an obvious play on the word "iceberg" & the fact that the Titanic sunk after hitting an iceberg. In addition Mickey can be seeing staying on board & saluting, even as the ship sinks. This is a reference to the idiom "the captain goes down with the ship", which is often misattributed as originating from the Titanic disaster.
- A game called "Goofy Sleepwalkin' Shenanigans" is based on this episode.
