In my opinion, people who live in cities should not be required to use public transportation for the following reasons. Firstly, pollution is the top priority. Utilizing public transportation can emit smoke containing harmful chemicals, and as a result, it will decrease the quality of life. Through this experience, we can gain a deeper understanding of the risks of using public transportation. Secondly, costs are one of the critical factors. In fact, using public transportation in cities is usually more expensive than rural areas. However, it is possible that social improvement will make our lives more convenient, provided that the government invests more financial resources in community support. Given the reasons mentioned above, there is no doubt that people who live in cities should not be required to use public transportation.
