Hugh Martin Morris (1878-1966) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the District of Delaware.

He was nominated by President Woodrow Wilson on January 17, 1919 to replace Edward G. Bradford. He was confirmed by the Senate on January 27th, and received commission that same day. He resigned on June 30, 1930.[1] Morris was succeeded in this position by John Percy Nields. Morris passed away on March 19, 1966.
