]]>If Anora wins Best Picture and Mikey Madison wins Best Actress I am going to totally shit my pants (in a good way).
This movie is as hilarious as it is tragic. For my money Anora is the funniest movie of 2024.
Anora would be the least conventional Best Picture winner ever right? And I would love that so much.
LETS GO MIKEY, SEAN BAKER, and ANORA! OSCARS!!!
]]>This movie was so fucking stupid, awkward, and weird (this is meant mostly as a compliment). Which I think was the point. I was waiting all movie for someone to give a Goofy Hyuck laugh. Anyways, a few of the kills had me belly laughing. Oh and the church scene/priest was hysterical. Overall I was mostly entertained and laughed out loud quite a bit. More of a comedy than a horror movie, which I didn’t expect at all going in. Went in expecting this to be The Omen but with a monkey 🤣. Fuck it, bumping my initial rating of a 3 to 3.5.
]]>A romance sci-fi action movie with some horror sprinkled in with two of my favorite people in the industry?
There's no way I wasn't going to like this.
The Gorge rocks! Tons of fun and corny at points but I ate it all up! This is what all streaming movies should aspire to be.
]]>The worst Marvel movie since Iron Man 2.
Actually you know what? I take that back. I forgot about Ant-Man and the Wasp and The Marvels. Those are without a doubt much worse than Brave New World.
Bumping up my score slightly. Brave New World isn’t a bad movie per se, it’s just an incredibly mediocre one.
]]>Ke Huy Quan is my hero.
Love Hurts is definitely flawed, but I had a good enough time with it to say I enjoyed it more than I didn’t. At moments the action is great and then at points the choppy editing ruins it. Love Hurts barely gets a pass from me but ultimately does thanks to Mr. Quan kicking ass. Maybe I’m just easy to please! Idk!
Also, Marshawn Lynch should be in every movie. Just saying.
]]>This shit fucking slapped.
As funny as it is brutal.
Heart Eyes a new slasher icon? People are talking!!

]]>CLINT EASTWOOD IS NINETY FOUR YEARS OLD!
Making a movie this solid at 94 is beyond impressive. What an absolute legend!!
]]>My expectations and anticipation for Nosferatu were through the damn roof. Let me tell you, my expectations were not only met but exceeded.
This was haunting and atmospheric as hell! The film was beyond beautiful to look at. The performances were all so powerful. Lily-Rose Depp really went from Yoga Hosers to THIS!
Willem Dafoe is just the fucking best. Holy shit, Bill Skarsgard. Stating the obvious here, but the man is beyond unrecognizable.
Robert Eggers is arguably the most talented and skilled director working today. Snoop Dogg was actually talking about Robert Eggers when he said these wise words. This man has given me my favorite movie of 2015, my favorite movie of 2019, and now my favorite movie of 2024. Thank you Mr. Eggers!
Also, if we’re being honest the mustache absolutely fucks.

I’m really impressed at how good this was. I think my soul may have left my body a few times during this. Everything worked so well.
Jim Carrey masterclass. The laser scene is an all timer.
Keanu was fucking excellent as Shadow.
]]>In Jaume Collet-Serra we trust 🫡

Cynthia Erivo’s performance took my breath away.
Such a fantastic stage to screen adaptation. If you haven’t seen Wicked on the stage, I can’t recommend it enough. I also can’t recommend this movie enough to anyone who is a fan of musicals. This is up there with some of the very best!

]]>I can’t state enough how lucky we are to continually get great horror films. The last 10 years have been a hell of a run.
]]>Damien Leone has continued to push the envelope with gore and practical effects. Terrifier 3 is somehow more brutal and more off the rails than the previous two. Easily contains the gnarliest kills of the franchise. The Christmas aesthetic was an awesome touch. I will say I prefer Terrifier 2. That one felt much more cohesive and explored the lore much more than this one did. The 3rd act of this absolutely rips though. The final battle was fucking awesome. Did I already mention how brutal the kills are?

]]>I personally think Shyamalan is a great director. In my opinion his only terrible movies are Lady in the Water and The Last Airbender. After Earth is a Bad movie, but it's really not THAT bad. IT'S ALMOST TIME FOR GLASS!

]]>He's directed a few as well.
I'm very indifferent on Max Landis, however I do find him pretty fascinating. He says some really really dumb shit, but then there are times where I completely agree with him. He's incredibly opinionated and he's not afraid to say what he thinks. Sometimes he needs to chill though lol. He's also pretty damn arrogant.
