Answer the following questions:

1. As a future teacher, what is supposed to be your greatest

mission?
- As a future teacher, my greatest mission is to inspire and educate
my students, helping them grow into knowledgeable,
compassionate, and responsible individuals.
2. Do you believe that “every child is special”?
- Yes, I believe that every child is special. Each child has unique
talents, perspectives, and potential, and it is important to nurture
and celebrate these differences.

3. When you become a teacher, will you teach your students with
a heart?
- Yes, when I become a teacher, I will teach my students with a
heart. I believe in showing empathy, understanding, and genuine
care to create a positive and supportive learning environment.

4. What is the scene in the movie that moved your heart and why?
- In the movie "Every Child is Special" by Amole Gupte, the scene
that moved my heart is when the art teacher, Ram Shankar
Nikumbh, discovers Ishaan's hidden artistic talent. This moment is
powerful because it shows how a teacher's belief and support can
transform a child's life. Ishaan, who struggles with dyslexia and feels
misunderstood, finally finds someone who recognizes his potential
and helps him flourish. This scene beautifully illustrates the impact of
compassionate teaching and the importance of seeing the unique
gifts in every child.

5. What is Ishaan's learning disability?

- Ishaan has dyslexia, a learning disability that affects his ability to
read, write, and spell. This condition makes it difficult for him to
process and understand letters and words, which impacts his
performance in school.
6. If you were Ishaan parents would you also send him to a
boarding school? Why and why not?
- If I were Ishaan's parents, I would not send him to a boarding
school. Instead, I would try to understand the root of his difficulties
and seek professional help. Sending him away might make him feel
isolated and misunderstood. By keeping him at home, I could
provide emotional support and work closely with teachers and
specialists to develop a personalized learning plan that addresses
his dyslexia. This approach would help Ishaan feel valued and
supported, allowing him to thrive academically and emotionally.

7. How did Teacher Ram, manage to help Ishaan?

- Teacher Ram Shankar Nikumbh helped Ishaan by recognizing his
dyslexia and addressing it with understanding and patience. He
used creative and engaging teaching methods tailored to Ishaan's
needs. Ram focused on Ishaan's strengths, especially his artistic
talent, to build his confidence. He also educated Ishaan's parents
and the school staff about dyslexia, fostering a supportive
environment. Through his empathy and dedication, Ram helped
Ishaan overcome his learning challenges and rediscover his love
for learning.

8. Considering that we are in a diverse community, have you ever

been kind and understanding to your friends with different
personalities?
- Yes, I always strive to be kind and understanding to my friends with
different personalities. I believe that everyone has unique qualities
and perspectives that make them special. By listening, being
patient, and showing empathy, I can support and appreciate my
friends, no matter how different they might be from me. This
approach helps build strong, respectful, and meaningful
relationships in our diverse community.

9. Have you ever been nasty or unkind to one or two of your

friends? What were their reactions and how did you manage to
pacify things between you and him/her?
- Yes, there have been times when I was unkind to a friend,
whether unintentionally or out of frustration. Their reactions varied;
some were hurt or upset, while others tried to address the issue
directly with me. To pacify things, I took the following steps:

a. Acknowledgment: I acknowledged my mistake and took

responsibility for my actions.
b. Apology: I offered a sincere apology, expressing genuine
remorse for my behavior.
c. Communication: I listened to their feelings and perspectives,
allowing them to share how my actions affected them.
d. Making Amends: I made an effort to make amends, whether
through a kind gesture or by changing my behavior.
e. Reflection: I reflected on what caused my unkindness and
worked on improving myself to avoid repeating it in the future.
