This is a very simple egg salad with celery recipe. Some might find it a little bland for their tastes, but I love it just how it is!

Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 4 servings

  • 6 large eggs

  • 2 stalks celery, finely chopped

  • ½ cup mayonnaise (such as Hellman's)

  • ¼ cup finely chopped onion

  • ¼ teaspoon mustard powder

  • teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Place eggs in a medium saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil, remove from heat, and let eggs stand in hot water for 10 minutes. Remove eggs; cool under cold running water.

  2. Peel eggs and chop both ways in an egg slicer into a bowl. Add celery, mayonnaise, onion, mustard powder, and salt; stir to combine. Serve.
