Dynamite Factory

The Dynamite Factory is a newly opened factory that appears in the episode "Potato Puff."

Description[]

The factory is a large red cube-shaped building with a black T-shaped plunger coming out of the top, making it look like a stereotypical plunger detonator used for detonating explosives. The factory has its name on the front in yellow writing, is decorated with windows at its base and vents at the top, and has a metallic door with a red and yellow warning on it.

Role in episode[]

During SpongeBob's disastrous driving test with Mrs. Puff, he drives towards the factory, surrounded by a crowd watching Ms. Mayor about to officially open the factory. Before the mayor can cut the ceremonial ribbon, SpongeBob drives into it, bouncing away and getting flung into Mrs. Puff's house.

Later, Rube Goldfish is seen giving a family a tour of the factory when they notice a cyclist, SpongeBob taking a test with Potato Puff, and a gang of bikers heading right for the factory. SpongeBob is lead down a nearby path, and the family's baby rushes the tour group to safety as the bikers hit the factory, causing a massive explosion.

Trivia[]

According to Rube, the factory was only open for one day before it got destroyed.
