Condo Island, also known as "Karate Island" and "Clarinet Island," is an island owned by Master Udon, and used as a base of operations for his time-share scams. It appears in the episode using one of its names and is mentioned in SpongeBob's Atlantis SquarePantis.
About[]
Description[]
From a distance on a boat, it looks like a single island with sand and plants, and tall mountain peaks. The ocean surrounds it and there are clouds that float above and, from the looks, are even behind the island.

Role in series[]
"Karate Island"[]
When SpongeBob goes there to be crowned 'king of karate,' he is locked and is forced to almost to buy time shares, until Sandy defeats Master Udon through an intense karate fight. They then both leave the island, unwittingly succeeded by Squidward, coming there thinking it is "Clarinet Island."
SpongeBob's Atlantis SquarePantis[]
In SpongeBob's Director's Commentary for the level "Squidward Super Shooter!," the first exercise in Sandy's exercise program was to travel back to Karate Island and spar with Master Udon again.
History[]
Condo Island's known inhabitants are Master Udon and his co-conspirators. Its only known enterprise is a time-share scam operated by Udon, and is given different false names in order to lure sea creatures, claiming they will be crowned kings of their respective interests. Two notable creatures that have been scammed are SpongeBob and Squidward, who were duped into thinking they would be crowned King of Karate and Clarinets on the island, respectively.
