In the Phoenotopia and Phoenotopia: Awakening, Bed can restore Gail to full health when rested on. The cost for resting in an inn is tied to the individual bed, whereas beds in the wild are free to use. When in a town, it is generally cheaper to rest on a bed than to buy Consumable Items for restoring health.
