All-Out War[]
While the conflict was in its apogee, the Watchdogs using their new influence given by Senator Ellen Nadeer managed to go global recruiting several people around the world to continue with their Anti-Inhuman campaign.[5] Meanwhile, the Watchdogs teamed up with several local gangs which helped them grow in strength and scope.[6] The Watchdogs also formed an alliance with Hellfire an Inhuman who despised his species as he blamed his Inhuman gene for ruining his life, following his brainwashing by Hive. Hellfire provided intel to the Watchdogs, using his Asset Communication Device, so they could hunt and kill every Inhuman they found through S.H.I.E.L.D.'s databases.[7] Eventually, some Inhumans went into hiding so as to protect themselves and their family. The Inhuman Sammy would warn Black Bolt that their kind was disappearing from all over.[8]
