As much as I hate it that I’m doing these entries too often and I’m looking to watch the Fast and Furious Movies and now that I’m thinking of looking at Disneys recent animated movies as part of my plan to watch my movies this summer, I think this has become noticeable recently so it’s time I get this off my chest.

I have terrible anxiety and I’ve had it for a long time, whenever I screw up and think I did something wrong, sometimes I take it too seriously and I blow it more out of proportion than it needs too, I get scared that I’m much more of an awful person than I actually am and sometimes I think maybe could be, although right now isn’t the bottom of the barrel when it comes to this issue I think it’s time I acknowledge this. And I feel like anger issues come to a part of it as well. If there’s any moment where I say that I’m sorry even though I’m probably fine, that’s why. I know that you guys aren’t therapists but It’s about time I get this off my chest to you guys. I know that I’m not perfect but I wanna stop my anxiety controlling me
