fury road in theatres… my life has absolutely peaked here guys.

teared up so many times because every sound, every movement, every musical cue felt so much more visceral and intense — just such an experience and atmosphere to be in!! could have literally cheered at the first shot of furiosa. got goosebumps over the score way too many times. 

and so many interactions that hit way harder now that we know furiosa’s backstory. she definitely saw a part of herself in max at the start of this… and throughout this journey, starts to see similarities between max and praetorian jack — being proven that in such a hopeless world, people can, actually, find a path of redemption and humanity. also her losing her metal arm at the same time she gets to kill immortan joe!! vv poetic actually!! 

and i’ll never get over how fucking hard this film is.
