Oh the gallery is going to be fun!  Retro is such an in thing :)

I pulled out my [discontinued] Dare 2B Artzy Retro stamp set, and pulled out some retro colors, and created away!

For added fun, I made it a round card.  The Hello is also from D2BA.  I love the font of this die.

Just so you know, it really is a birthday card. 😉

Just Us Girls Challenge #740 - Moodboard Week

What a very Summery moodboard!

As par for me, I went literal with the photos.

I used the images from Dare 2B Artzy, Beeutiful.  I loved the bokeh effect I saw on the moodboard, and created that too.

I actually used masking in order to keep the flowers white!  MASKING, ME! I really don't use that technique very often.  I think its the fussy cutting involved. HA!  Yeah, I am a lazy stamper I'll admit it.

 

Overall I captured the mood board, not sure I'm in love with my card, but I'm going with it.

Mini Album Mania May - June 15

It's time for a MAM post.  To be honest, I found this mini only started [in my stash], so I completed it.

This is the closed photo. It's a real basic album, but I'm okay with that.  I like it.

For the inside I have a couple of pages, and made them both with pockets.  I made a couple of small tags.

I used a circle velcro for the closing of my album.  My papers are from Dare 2B Artsy.

Just Us Girls Challenge #698 - CAS Week

 

While at this time, I don't need a sports card, however, I sure will in the future.  Great nieces and nephews, and who knows, maybe even my grandson [in a few years] - yep, I'll need it for sure.

I used the fun Dare 2B Artzt stamp set Hats Off, with matching dies.  Rather perfect for this challenge ;).

The frame work is [unbranded[ layered 3 times for dimension.  Overall, it's CAS, sports, and fun!

Just Us Girls Challenge #688 - Photo/Mood Board Week

This is a pretty mood board.  I do love mood boards!  So inspirational 😀

When I saw the rose on the mb, I went to my Dare 2B Artzy stamps and pulled out the Layered Rose Stamp Set.  Perfect! (Side note; my set is an older version. The set I linked to has been updated, and also has a matching die set.)  I used my Scan & Cut for cutting out the rose.

The background heart is made from a sheet of canvas [that I found during organizing] - I love the subtle texture that shows up after I used some water colors on it.

Just Us Girls Challenge #671 - Moodboard Week

I do love me a good moodboard! 😀

When I saw the lemons, I instantly thought of my Dare 2B Artzy stamp set - Lemon Zest. 

 

There are matching dies to this set, I just don't have them, so I used my Scan & Cut machine.

 

I also used the fun Hello Die with background. I adore the font of this die!  Overall, I am happy with this cheerful, inspired card!

Seize the Birthday Challenge - Candles

 

I went digging and found a candle stamp in my Dare 2B Artzy collection; Bright Birthday. 

I started with a mini slimline card base and used a Kat Scrappiness Mini Slimline Double Stitch Die for the panel.

I like that this is a neutral card - works for anyone 😀

Addicte to CAS Challenge #192

 

 I am the Hostess for this challenge.  I hope you play along~

I chose this code word more then a month ago.  It worked out perfectly for me, currently, as I needed a thank you card for my vet!  My girl [dog] had to have surgery, and the Dr and staff were so amazing, I just had to make a thank you card!  The surgery was successful, and she is doing well at this time!  We are so thankful for these incredible workers - being available, and having successful results!

I used the fun set from Dare 2B Artsy, Puppy Talk and Pet Sympathy, along with the shadowed Thanks.

I hope they like this!

We are BACK!  Nothing has changed with the JUGS Challenge, except the year.  We are saying Hello to this new year, and hoping it will be BETTER then 2020. :)

 

I used Altenew's Beautiful Heart stamp set for the layered leaves, and Dare 2 B Artsy for the Hello.

Fall/ Winter Coffee Lovers Hop - Day 3

 Today I am using a Hero Art set, A Little Clear Stamp set.  [While it is retired, I did find it on Amazon].

I also used the Coffee Cup Die from Dare2BArtzy.

Just Us Girls Challenge #553 - Trend Week

This should be an interesting gallery.  I like seeing 3rds on cards.

For my card, I picked out one of my inked panels, and cut that into thirds.  I do like the way it worked.

 I also used the Hello die from Dare 2B Artsy.  I love how this has the matching background panel too.

My sentiment is from the retired Simon Says Banner Saying.

Inspiration

Hello all.  Today's card was inspired by a commercial I saw on tv - a car ad I think.  I instantly came into my stamp room, and made the card!  No other reason except I was inspired.  Now that is different for me. ;)

The ad looked just like my card without the Hello.  Rainbow stripes with a heart.  I added the Hello from Dare 2B Artzy.  I do love the font of this die.

I love this card!

On a side note, while I have you here, I'm asking a favor.  I look at my sidebar and see pretty high [awesome actually] numbers of Followers.  My favor?  Can you let me know if you are actually getting my blog posts.  I get very few comments -- I love them btw -- so I just want to know this blog is worth maintaining.  Thanks so much for your time - I appreciate it!

Coffee Lovers Hop Final Day

Wow this week went really fast!  I can't believe it's been 8 days of coffee here on my blog.  [I love it]

Last day to join in the Coffee Lovers Hop.

 For my final card, I used the cup from Dare 2B Artzy's Perfect Blend, along with [the OOB] Inspired By Stamping Snowflakes for the sentiment and flakes.

I used an embossing folder for the top panel of this shaker card.

I hope you enjoyed my week of coffee cards. I had a blast making them!  Thanks Amy and fellow stampers for another amazing hop!
