Step 11. Selecting the type of integration with the mail server

Kaspersky Security 8 for Linux Mail Server can be integrated with the following mail servers:

  • Exim.
  • Postfix.
  • Sendmail.
  • QMail.

To perform automatic integration of Kaspersky Security 8 for Linux Mail Server with a mail server:

  1. Enter the number specified next to the name of the mail server.
  2. Press ENTER.
  3. Depending on which mail server you selected at step 1 of the instructions, perform the actions described in the sections that follow:
    • Integrating with a Sendmail server
    • Integrating with an Exim mail server
    • Integrating with a Postfix mail server
    • Integrating with a QMail server

If you choose not to integrate the application with the mail server at this step automatically, you can perform a manual integration later.

To decline automatic integration of Kaspersky Security 8 for Linux Mail Server with a mail server:

  1. Enter the number specified next to the option Manual integration.
  2. Press ENTER.
