- Reseller — a second level Partner who purchases Kaspersky products from authorized distributors to sell them and/or to provide services based on Kaspersky products to their customers.

Kaspersky provides MSP Partners and Resellers with a flexible, scalable and cost-efficient way to manage licenses, based on a subscription model. Subscription licenses are available on a monthly or an annual basis.
Advantages of monthly subscription licenses
- Subscriptions can be started, managed and cancelled at any time
- Licenses are automatically renewed
- Free 30-day trial period (for pay-as-you-go billing)
- The number of licenses for the subscription can be increased or reduced at any time, with billing calculated on a daily basis (for Pay-as-you-go billing)
- The activation code remains the same, regardless of changes to quantity
- MSP Partners benefit from cumulative pricing
Advantages of annual subscription licenses
- Free 30-day trial period
- Licenses are automatically renewed
- Further nodes can be added at any time, and are charged for under the Cumulative Pricing Band
- The activation code remains the same, regardless of changes to quantity
Subscription types
- Limited subscriptions are auto-renewed at the end of each billing period up until the defined expiration date
- Open-ended subscriptions are auto-renewed at the end of each billing period until cancelled
Subscription licenses can only be activated with activation codes. Internet access is required for correct activation and performance.
How to subscribe
- Via the Distributor's marketplace (the Distributor should be integrated with KORM B2B Subscription Service)
- Via the License Management Portal (LMP)
Subscription licenses are not compatible with non-subscription licenses.

Kaspersky supports several subscription billing plans for MSP Partners/Resellers:
- Pay-as-you-go (billing monthly)
- Annual (billing annually)
- Monthly (billing monthly – our legacy plan which ‘Pay-as-you-go’ is designed to supersede)
Our legacy monthly billing plan is still supported via the Distributors’ marketplace integrated with KORM B2B version 1.0.
Our pay-as-you-go and annual billing plans are supported either via the Kaspersky License Management Portal or through the Distributor’s marketplace integrated with KORM B2B version 2.0.
