This may be considered heresy, but M is desperate for a remake. There's too much great stuff here that can and should be updated for a bigger audience.

First watch in something like 15 years? This movie is so, so great. Love the songs, costumes, camp, Tin Man, it’s all just wonderful.

You never give me anything I really care about.

The most powerful people reek of insecurity.

The desire to be loved drives us all. For some, just one is enough.

For others, no amount of it will ever be enough.

You can’t do this to me.

Pitch: Citizen Kane but with Trump instead of Kane and a MAGA hat instead of a sled.

If you can't outmaneuver a Nazi, just shoot them lol who cares.

Make that 2 blindspots eliminated in 1 day! Really enjoyed this one, and adored the characterizations of Rick and Louis especially. Both are complex in all the ways I like a character to be. The infamous last line is a lot more substantive than I thought it was, as it's the capper on a relationship that changes wildly from scene to scene.

I was also quite unprepared for…

Pitch: And Then There Were None remake but instead of 10 people it’s me and 9 cats and instead of murder we snuggle in a huge bed and watch movies.

I’m glad I was born when I was born because these mf’s are wearing suits as casual wear and that’s just stupid.

This movie takes waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too long to get to the Clarence stuff.

Still very cute and very sweet.

How the hell did no one in the 80’s-90’s think to remake this movie with Joe Pesci as Cody?

I’m not a big remake guy, but come on, how perfect would that have been?

This Hitchcock guy knows what the fuck is up.

I love how this old-timey "Golden Age of Hollywood" style of filmmaking is juxtaposed with one of the darkest stories about human nature I've ever seen.
