It's been five years and I'm still completely dumbfounded by not just how postmodern it is, by not just how revolutionary it is, but just how fucking beautiful and colorful and entertaining and perfect it is within every single capacity of its existence! There is so much heart, so much love poured into this one that it is on its own kind of god tier level that seems unmatchable. There are many films that I love, but rarely do I find myself competely ensconced within a film and its world the way I do each time I watch this.
Not to be too dramatic, but in my not so humble opinion, this changed so many lives by being the best Spider-man and the best superhero film to date. Well, the best for now, at least until I get my eyes on the sequel...
