Shizuka Watanabe was a Japanese witch who played as Seeker on the Japanese National Quidditch team.[1]
During the 1996–1997 school year, Watanabe's Chocolate Frog Card could be won by beating Dora Williams at an Exploding Snap challenge.[3]
Etymology[]
The name "Shizuka" is from Japanese 静 (shizu) "quiet" combined with 夏 (ka) "summer" or 香 (ka) "smell, perfume". However, it can also simply mean, "quiet", from the adjective 静か(Shizuka).
