Konrad Weiss was a German wizard who played as Seeker on the German National Quidditch team during the 422nd Quidditch World Cup, in 1994, and wore goggles when playing.[1]
During the 1996–1997 school year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, Weiss' Chocolate Frog Card could be won by beating Sean Ogbourne at an Exploding Snap challenge.[2]
