Minaka Hirakata was a Japanese witch who played as a Beater for the Japanese National Quidditch team. She was notable for having electric blue coloured hair.[2]
During the 1996–1997 school year, Hirakata's Chocolate Frog Card could be won by beating Nerissa Brody at an Exploding Snap challenge.[3]
