Eskuchen can be killed by Niko Bellic.

When encountered, he is leaving an address on Aspdin Drive in Berchem with three associates in two Patriots. If removed from his vehicle, he will attack with a Combat Shotgun.

Like many other Most Wanted mugshots, Mervin's in-game appearance contradicts his name and mugshot ethnicity, using one of two variations of an Asian model. This is due to an error in the coding - Mervin's in-game model is named m_y_downtown_02 and is called right after m_y_downtown_03 in the mission script, suggesting an accidental addon preventing the actual model of the character being loaded.
