Marcel LeMuir is a co-host of the Fizz! show on WKTT Radio in Grand Theft Auto IV.

During the two episodes heard in-game, Marcel is usually heard interviewing numerous celebrities during news pieces.

He co-interviews 80s synth-pop star Migellin and Ricky Gervais in episode 1, and discusses subjects such as Perestroika, the death of Wayne Tearson and illusionist Brian Vesuvius in episode 2.
