Little is known about his career. He is first mentioned by Kenny Petrovic during the Mafiya Work multiplayer mode for Grand Theft Auto IV. Hugh Djas' political campaign started in 2008, shortly after Deputy Mayor Bryce Dawkins' gay scandal.
