Bitter Pufferfish is a type of fish that can spawn in certain fishing points in Mondstadt, Liyue and Inazuma. It is classified under Wildlife and its Ornamental variant can be used as a pet for the Serenitea Pot. Bitter Pufferfish can be obtained through fishing using 
Fake Fly Bait. This fish will spawn at any in-game time.
