A bird at the mealworm feeder! It's not a bluebird, but someone is eating the mealworms.
Animal tracks in the spirit of the month
Busy feet
An avalanche ready to go
Attempted murder
The sun finally came out after a week of snow/ice and cloud days. Bye-bye snow and ice on the driveway.
Another avalanche is forming.
How does your garden grow?
Friday afternoon we had one of those avalanches and I didn't see it coming. Even the dogs jumped. Something is eating the meal worms at my house too. Either the bluebirds are very hungry or something else is enjoying them. Grin. I need to fill the feeder again this morning. Enjoy the sun again. It's so nice, isn't it?
ReplyDeleteThere are a ton of birds besides bluebirds that eat mealworms. I saw a Flicker at the feeder the other day. I need to go out to fill the feeder again, too. Looks like we have sun all week!
DeleteHaving a sunny weekend in Ohio for the first time in months

DeleteI was always so surprised at how many critters were around our house when you could see the footprints in the snow!
ReplyDeleteI thought everyone slept through Winter
DeleteWe had lots of rain but no snow. My balcony garden needs to be planted!
ReplyDeleteNo snow is a good thing
DeleteOh my, so much snow - brrr! I hope you are staying warm and cosy. Although the blue skies and sunshine look inviting I think I'll choose to stay inside where it's warm ... ha, ha 😊. Take care and wishing you a Happy February! Hugs, Jo x
ReplyDeleteI'm inside, too.
DeleteSo much snow ...
ReplyDeletePart of the UK is under a snow warning at the moment.
We should miss it though and have rain instead!
Stay warm and safe.
All the best Jan
Rain is better unless it is flooding rains.
DeleteUgh on all of that white stuff still being on the ground. I'm glad the ice on your driveway is gone. I like all of those animal tracks. - Anne (Cornucopia)
ReplyDeleteI'm glad the ice is gone too. I never realized we lived in the median of the Animal Turnpike 😉
