Shane is an effervescent husband and father-of-three with a wicked sense of humour. In coming on Big Brother, Shane wants to prove to himself and his kids that anything is possible.
He’s hoping that the life experience which comes with being a bit older will help him go far in the game.
With DJ, MC and airline cabin crew under his belt (among other things), Shane now works as a marriage celebrant. He absolutely loves his job and is immensely proud to have presided over one of Australia’s first legal gay marriages.
A born entertainer, funny and full of energy, Shane is aiming to use humour to get through any downtimes in the house. He is extremely optimistic, easy to get along with and is confident the other Housemates will like him as a person and a player.
Forming good relationships is part of Shane’s strategy. He knows people will never suspect any ulterior motives because he’s such a good guy – but make no mistake, Shane is playing to win.
Stupidity will frustrate him though, as will any signs of bullying - not to mention a lack of food! But he is looking forward to the challenge of Big Brother and getting to know his Housemates.
If Shane were to win, he would spend the prize money on good times with his family and friends.
