William Hamilton (Republican Party) is a member of the West Virginia State Senate, representing District 11. He assumed office on December 1, 2018. His current term ends on December 1, 2026.

Hamilton (Republican Party) ran for re-election to the West Virginia State Senate to represent District 11. He won in the general election on November 8, 2022.

Hamilton is a former Republican member of the West Virginia House of Delegates, representing District 45 from 2002 to 2018.

On March 26, 2024, Hamilton announced he would not seek re-election to the West Virginia State Senate District 11 in 2026.[1]
