Don Albert Pardee (1837-1919) was a federal judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit and the United States Circuit Courts for the Fifth Circuit.

He was nominated by President James Garfield on March 14, 1881. He was confirmed by the Senate on May 13, 1881 and received commission that same day. On June 16, 1891, he was reassigned to the United States Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit. He served until his death on September 26, 1919.[1]
