Irving Loeb Goldberg (June 29, 1906 – February 11, 1995) was a federal judge in the United States Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit.

Goldberg was nominated by President Lyndon B. Johnson on June 28, 1966 to a new seat on the court. He was confirmed by the U.S. Senate on July 22, 1966, and received his commission the same day. Goldberg assumed senior status on the court on January 31, 1980 and his tenure on the court ended with his death on February 11, 1995.
