Sow indoors in 8in/20 cm pots Mar. 1st - April 1st, press pellets into the soil surface, do not cover and keep moist for 3 weeks until pellets germinate.Growers should grow plants in 4 in/10 cm pots for about 3 or 4additional weeks before spring sales. Sell potted plants for finaltransplanting after danger of spring frost. Harvest plants about 3 or 4weeks after transplanting outdoors. Plants are tender perennials orhardy annuals in northeastern areas. For best results, keep plants 24in/60 cm apart and trimmed to prevent plants from flowering.
