Squash Seed
Squash is believed to have originated in Mexico and Central America. They are one of the oldest known crops, 10,000 years by some estimates of sites in Mexico.
In the Americas, squash was one of three primary crops, the other two being maize and beans, known as the “Three Sisters”. There are dozens of squash varieties, ranging in shape, size, and color.
