Original recipe (1X) yields 8 servings 2 (3 ounce) packages lemon-flavored gelatin mix (such as Jell-O®) 1 ½ cups boiling water 2 cups cold water 1 (12 ounce) package fresh cranberries 1 cup white sugar 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained ¾ cup chopped celery ½ cup chopped walnuts Directions Dissolve lemon gelatin in boiling water in a bowl; stir in cold water. Chill in refrigerator until partially thickened, 30 to 40 minutes. Chop cranberries in a food processor and mix sugar into cranberries, pulsing once or twice to combine.
